  • Producing a high quality product, through our quality inclusions and the high standard of workmanship of our tradespeople. This, combined with our pricing, gives homebuyers a product for which there is much potential for capital gain.
  • Completing construction in as short a time period as possible. We understand our client's desire to take possession as soon as possible, and our site supervisors are focussed on achieving this goal. For example, we aim to build a traditional cottage in a maximum time of sixteen (16) weeks.
